Trekking Annapurna Base Camp has been my dream for the last 10 years and signing up with First Light Adventure to do this trek turned out to be an amazing decision. I found them to be really knowledgeable about the trails and the weather and they were able to guide me throughout the trip on how to layer up for the day, how much to eat and hydrate. I also loved that the company pays their guides and porters better than most outfitters in Nepal, which is important because for many locals, trekking offers them economic opportunity, thus empowering them to sustain a better livelihood.
